Due Diligence is the process of verifying the accuracy of a statement. You may by asked by a bank or other institution to provide a proof of address as a part of due diligence.
The following documents as proof of address:
– Utility bills
– Tax assessment bill
– Bank statement
– Credit card statement
– Rates and government rent demand note
The documentation cannot be older than 3 months.
