Stripe Company Account

Stripe allows you to accept payments over the Internet and provides the technical and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems.

Using Stripe, you can integrate payments processing into your company website, without the need to register and maintain a merchant account.

If you would like to sign up for a Stripe account, you would need the following:

Sole Proprietorship / Individual
– Bank account details (Bank code, Branch code, Account number)
– Legal name, date of birth, NRIC and personal physical address
– Business address

Company, Non-Profit, or Partnership
– Company UEN (Unique Entity Number)
– SGD Bank account details (Bank code, Branch code, Account number)
– Company representative’s legal name, date of birth, NRIC and personal physical address
– Beneficial owners’ (if any) date of birth and personal physical address
– Business address

The company and company bank account must both be located in the same country.

You can start using Stripe for you Hong Kong Company as well as for companies incorporated in other jurisdictions.
