Incorporation Form

The process of setting up a new company in Hong Kong can be a little bit overwhelming. Startupr is here to help you and smooth out the incorporation process for you.

You just need to deliver all required documents to us and we will take care of the rest. It’s simple as that!

As a first step, we will fill out the incorporation form. In order to do so, we will need the following information:

1. Proposed name of your Hong Kong company (in English and/or Chinese)

2. Business address of your new Hong Kong Company – you can register using Startupr address if you find it convenient 

3. Information about all shareholders and directors (name, correspondence address of all shareholders, residential address of all directors, passport number).

4. Information about your company secretary

Once we complete the incorporation form, we will submit to Companies Registry.
