Check out this great organization Green-books.org that establishes children’s eco-libraries and distributes up-to-date children’s books about nature. Reading will empower children to make smarter choices in the future, concerning not only environment but also poverty, civic engagement, nutrition, gender inequality, birth control, malaria, etc.
You can also donate money online to promote eco-literacy.
