Every business needs a company stamp and a corporate seal but do you know what their functions are?
Company stamp – represents the company and must be registered. An authorized person is required to sign the document and stamp it with the registered company chop.
Use: stamping official documents, signing invoices, cheques
Corporate seal – is an official signature of the company. It imprints or embosses the company information such as the name of the company, date of incorporation, etc. Although the company is not required to have a corporate seal, by embossing the documents you can show that the document is certified and agreed by the Company’s board of directors.
Use: stamping the company stocks, membership certificate.
